Yes, OSHA requires that you conduct “periodic safety assessments” of your facility, which means at least annually. The assessments must be performed by a qualified person who can demonstrate appropriate knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Anyone can sit through the presentation. It allows employees to be aware of certain violations and how to prevent them in the future.

Safety manuals are comprised of multiple, individual safety programs based on the hazards in your facility. For example, if employees use respirators, you need a Respiratory Protection Equipment Program. If you have hazardous materials, you need a Hazard Communication Program, etc.

Program managers are the people who will be in charge of enforcing the policies in each program. Each program gets assigned one program manager. You can have a different person manage each program, or one person manage all programs, or anything in between.

We have over 200 courses ranging from topics like hazard communication and emergency response, to respiratory protection and compressed gas cylinder safety.

The JHA is essentially a questionnaire on an excel sheet that asks questions like, “Do employees in this position operate forklifts,” and, “Do employees in this position use hazardous chemicals,” etc. This is used to determine the exact courses that should be assigned to those employees. 

We provide training progress reports upon request, and assign admins in the system who can download those progress reports directly from the site.
