Our Process
Step one
Schedule your on-site inspection via email. Our inspections look for everything an actual OSHA inspector would look for.
Step two
We conduct the walkthrough in-person on-site. During this, we walk through the entire facility and take pictures of OSHA violations or hazards.
step three
Following the on-site inspection, we schedule a presentation for your company to review results of our inspection.
Step four
During the presentation, each violation/hazard is shown with a picture of it, its location, a brief description, and abatement recommendations.
Step five
Following the presentation, we send you a copy of the report we reviewed. This report can be provided to OSHA as evidence that periodic safety inspections are being done.

How long does the inspection take?
It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the facility size.
Do you send reports to osha after inspections?
We are not mandatory reporters, so we do not send our findings to OSHA. All findings are for the site’s knowledge only.
Are facility safety inspections required by osha?
Yes, OSHA requires that you conduct “periodic safety assessments” of your facility, which means at least annually. The assessments must be performed by a qualified person who can demonstrate appropriate knowledge of OSHA requirements.
who can sit in on presentations?
Anyone can sit through the presentation. It allows employees to be aware of certain violations and how to prevent them in the future.
