Simplify Your Regulatory Reporting & Permitting
Navigating permitting and regulatory reporting requirements can be time-consuming and complicated. ESCO will assess your business activities to determine which permits, reports, and regulatory requirements apply to your operations.
Once your requirements are identified, ESCO will work directly with you to gather the necessary information and complete your permit applications and required submissions. If a regulator requests additional information or revisions, ESCO will assist with those requirements at no additional cost.
After your permits are approved, ESCO can help keep them current and in good standing by handling renewals and ongoing maintenance as needed.

Faqs
Does ESCO generate and submit the permit applications Or does my company do it with ESCO’s help?
ESCO generates and submits the permit applications on your behalf. Your company will only need to provide the information necessary to include in the application.
What happens if I don’t get the permits?
If a regulator discovers you are operating without a permit, they could shut down your operations until the permit is acquired and charge back penalties for the unpermitted time.
If we acquire a permit today that we should have acquired years ago, will they charge back penalties?
No, regulators do not charge back penalties for late applications.
Does ESCO guarantee permit approval?
Yes, we have yet to apply for a permit that could not be acquired, but on the off chance that happens, ESCO would refund the full amount for that permit application.
Does ESCO pay the permit fees if there are any, or does my company pay the permit fees?
For any regulatory permits that require annual fees, your company would be responsible for paying those. Permit fees typically range from $25, to potentially up to $2,000 for larger, industrial permits.
