Job Hazard analysis (JHA)
We conduct this analysis to determine hazards each position/job function is exposed to.
Curating course curriculum
Based on identified hazards, we curate recommended curriculum for each position/job function.

We review the recommended curriculum with the site and determine final course lists for each job.
Assign courses
We then request an employee list with each employee’s name, email and position. From here we create an account for each employee in our system and assign the courses relevant to their job.

Once all accounts are created, we notify you that the training system is ready with an email template you can use to notify employees of the new training system.
Download certificates
Employees can then login to their account and take the appropriate safety courses. Employees will be able to download certificates for each course they pass as proof of completion.

Is safety training required by osha?
Yes.
Employees must receive safety training annually. After a year, the certificate will expire and our system sends an automatic email letting you know it’s time to take the course again.
Do your courses satisfy osha training requirements?
Yes.
Our courses are designed to meet OSHA’s annual compliance and general safety training requirements.
They complement—but do not replace—the additional hands-on, task-specific training that employees still need for any hazardous operations they perform on the job.
What courses do you provide?
We have over 200 courses ranging from topics like hazard communication and emergency response, to respiratory protection and compressed gas cylinder safety.
what is a job hazard analysis (JHA)?
The JHA is essentially a questionnaire on an excel sheet that asks questions like, “Do employees in this position operate forklifts,” and, “Do employees in this position use hazardous chemicals,” etc. This is used to determine the exact courses that should be assigned to those employees.
How can we ensure employees are taking the courses?
We provide training progress reports upon request, and assign admins in the system who can download those progress reports directly from the site.
